Wind Swell was brewed with a pale grist plus a small amount of Honey malt. It was hopped with Mosaic in the Whirlpool, then dry hopped with more Mosaic and a blend of HBC 586 and Nectaron hops. Wind Swell pours with a deep hazy and bright orange color and is saturated with hop aromas and flavors of candied citrus, resin, and tropical fruits and drinks with a clean round bitterness and a soft finish.

16 ounce can. Hazy orange gold pour. Rocky beige head. Floral hop aroma hints at rose petals, stone fruit and tropical citrus. Flavor brings wonderfully complex and layered notes of tangerine, peach, melon and papaya. Some booziness in middle. Finishes with a burst of lime, grapefruit and pine. Quite tasty.

Can@Jespers - Hazy yellow to light orange pour with a white head. Vibrant fruity with waves of tropical fruit, with notes of grapefruit and lemon, some tangerine, papaya, smooth body, sweet malty backbone, assertive hoppy into the finish. Very nice.

Got in a BIF from zekeman17. 16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 9/25/2018. Pours very hazy/cloudy deep golden amber/light orange color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with amazing retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big mandarin orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. A bit more muted than I expected. Taste of huge mandarin orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very mild pine, zesty, herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of mandarin orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt sweetness; with a solid malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Slightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is fantastic. Mildly increasing warmth of 8.2% after the finish. Overall this is an incredible NEDIPA! All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt sweetness; insanely smooth and easy to drink for the ABV with the mildly bitter/drying finish. Amazingly soft feel. Amazing Mosaic/Citra hop showcase. Insanely juicy, and slightly dank hops; perfectly balanced wheat/oat/malt backbone; not overly sweet/heavy from lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing style example. Loved the hop profile as expected.

Draft at Shepherd & Knuclehead. Murky orange pour with a sheeting head. Plus lacing on the glass. Aroma is citrus / orange rind. A bit of grapefruit. Melon, grass, and spice notes. Drinks very clean, light-to-moderately bitter. Well hidden ABV. Good mouthfeel. Nice beer.
