Bottle thanks to Bob. Pours a cloudy orang gold with small white head. The aroma is stone fruit and grape skin. Thin body, similar flavors to nose, light tartness, very good.

This beer is a pale golden color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily to a film. Stringy lacing. Apricot, funky yeast and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of funky apricot, vinous oak, yeast and doughy malt. The finish is funky and oaky with an apricot aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

500 ml bottle. The beer is light orangey yellow color. It’s quite cloudy, not quite opaque. Medium white head, fairly fizzy. Bubbles dissipate quickly. The aroma is mostly a mix of apricot and chardonnay barrel. Mild malt sweetness and light funk. Lots of oak and moderately buttery chardonnay, a bit more than I’d prefer really. Sweet apricot with some nice juiciness. Very mild yogurty lacto sour note. Taste is fairly dry and very lightly tart. Despite that, there’s a strong sweet fruit flavor. Soft with an oaky finish adding moderate woody bitterness. Lots of chardonnay flavor. I’d prefer more apricot and less barrel, again, but it’s nice enough and very easy to drink. Light on the palate with a soft mouthfeel. The beer improves as it warms. Good stuff.
