Cloudy straw yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, yogurt and citrus. Tart and dry

Bottle at Doug’s house. Hazy golde, small airy head. Tropical aroma with yeast notes. Taste gets tangy, Brett , more of the grains. Still pretty reliant on the yeast and Brett, not overly tart though.

500ml bottle pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is funky sour horse blanket notes some barrel and citrus. Taste is more of the nice barrel notes sour funk and Brett.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium white head. The aroma is strong oak, funk, lemon zest. Thin body, lemon, brett, funk, oak, nice tartness, very nice.

500 ml bottle. Pours a clear yellow color with a small white head. A big sticky fruity oak and a sort of round sweet fruit nose. Almost nutty. Big sweet white wine, green grapes, soft brett, fresh tropical hops. Loads going on here. Very flavorful. Unique. I’ve had tons of hoppy saisons/funky concoctions, but this is great. Too bad this won’t get many ratings, it is great.
