Boss Man is the pinnacle of our sour IPA office series. Clocking in at 8.7% this kettle soured Double IPA is just insane. The most acidic(sour) of any sour IPA we've released so far. ABV is extremely well hidden as it drinks more like 6%. Hopped intensely with Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo. This is just straight up sour juice and insane.

Can shared by Kyle, thanks! Pours a cloudy peachy gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has sweet and tart citrus with some grapefruit and a light acid. Flavor has sour and earthy citrus with a hint of light fruit and a sweet grain backbone.

From a can at Black Squirrel NKOTB event, pours a translucent apricot with some cloudy white head. Nose has lemon rind, apricot, white grape, vitamin C tablets. Flavor is nice, tart with lemon and orange peels and rinds, lactic acid, vitamin c, white grapefruit, dried grasses. Finishes tart and a bit oily. Pretty darn good.
