Bottle. A- Raspberry, oak. A- Garnet color, clear liquid, minimal head. T- Cabernet, brett, oak, raspberry, tart. P- Light body, average texture, high carbonation, slightly dry finish. O- 3 years vintage. Really nice but a bit to much carbonation for me. Very wine forward.

Super clean tasting, with a clean finish. Strong raspberry on the nose and palate with a bit of oakiness and sharp tartness in the body

Bottle. Pours deep red purple. Raspberry, white wine, sharp vinegar, red grape, cherry. Medium body. Very good.

Bottleshare: pours clear red with a white head. Aroma is raspberry, a little metallic. Taste is better actually. Nice raspberry flavor. Low sweetness. Mellow sourness.

Sample during the "Biennial Space Tasting!" on 08/20/2017. Slightly hazy reddish-amber color with a medium thin white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Sticky strings of lacing. Aroma of tart berry, oak, yeast and malt. Medium body with a tart raspberry character and notes of oak, yeast and doughy malt. The finish is tart with a slightly funky yeast and raspberry aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy copper with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is berry, oak, leather, funk. Thin body, berries, brett, light acidity, very good.
