A popular addition to our rotation, this India Pale Ale contains the fruity aromas of papaya, along with a delightful bitterness that tickles the taste buds. A hop lovers delight!

Directions are pretty simple when you live amongst the small islands that make up the Turks and Caicos. Whether at sea, on foot or by car you're rarely far from friends, but sometimes it takes a while to meet them when you're on island time.

Poured from 355mL can. Clear golden orange with small white head. Old school malty, mild herbal pine hops. Uninteresting, but inoffensive.

5/2/2022. Can shared by Erik, huge thanks. Pours clear golden amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of caramel, flowers, ligth tropical fruits, touch of herb and pine. Quite sweet, light bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Not bad.

355mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of herbal hops, some vegetal notes, and a bready malt character. Flavour is along the same lines, with herbal hops, bready caramel, and some sweat socks. Not the most inviting hop character, but at least it's not infected.

Bronze, thin head, and bright. There's a biscuity, caramelly note. Light bitterness, fairly sweet. A little bit of piney notes. A bit of a watery version of an old school chewy/piney IPA.
