Bottle. A- Cherry, mild funk. A- Reddish color, cloudy liquid, minimal head. T- Cherry, subtle red wine, oak, funk, acidic. P- Medium body, average texture, medium carbonation, slightly acidic finish. O- 3 years old. Not as carbonated as I expected at this point in time. Kinda of like the Jester King Montmorency vs Balaton. I wish I would've had it when it was a bit more fresh. Very acidic by the end of the glass.

Sample at the taproom as part of Ohio Brew Week on 07/13/2018. Slightly hazy ruby-red color with a medium pinkish-white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of oak, tart cherry, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of vinous oak, tart cherry, yeast and doughy malt. The finish is tart and oaky with a lingering cherry aftertaste. Good beer all around.
