West Coast IPA
This West Coast style IPA stands firm alongside it’s hazy core brethren. Thoughtfully hopped with Sultana, Citra, and Chinook, you can expect huge aromas of candied pineapple and orange, with flavor that follows suit alongside sticky pine sap and a clean bitterness on the back end.

16 oz. can, thanks to Tim! Slightly hazy, orange color, with a small, foamy, white head. The aroma is pineapple, wet grass, coriander, papaya, and chalk. Sweet and malty, with a mellow, earthy bitterness. Medium body, sticky, and grassy. Quality, sharp, and clingy.

Half pint is a clear dark gold. Ring of white head. Nice nose. Inviting. Citrus and some C hops. Light candy and honey. Flavor has clear grist and some pine and then citrus. Zippy on the tongue. Just off dry. Easy to drink.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clear gold with a finger of white head that dissipates. Blueberry, pineapple, citrus and dank on the nose. More of the same on the palate but nice Chinook piney notes and some orange marmalade as it warms. Crisp and clean finish that has a nice dank, dry lingering finish.

Sample from can at Hoof Hearted during the "South of Eleven vs Everybody Wants Some!! - Dual Can Release" on 12/03/2017. Hazy golden color with a medium thin white head that burns away steadily to a film. Stringy lace. Aroma of citrus, herbal hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of tropical fruit, floral hops and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a juicy fruity hoppy aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Another crap pale ale from the kings of crap pale ales. +++ Sampled on draft at Tapped this beer poured a hazy pale yellow color with a large foamy white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was piney and tangy with cactus and an off presence. The flavor was bitter and dryish with cactus, pine and cat pee. Long finish. Medium body. Hey, its crap.
