Bottle at Shelton Festival, pours a cloudy orange with small white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast, oak, grape, funk. Light body, yeast, citrus, grape, oak, light dry finish, very good.

Bottle at home watching little Peaky Blinders. Reddish orange pour soapy head. Nose is lovely wine and funky sourdough. Tastes of red wine, sourdough bread, lemons, barnyard, light tropical fruit. Fruity funky nice body.

Sour! I was surprised how much this reminds me of the BFM Abbaye de St. Bon Chien beers, with the same kind of funk, very sourdough yeast and acetone. Fruit-cakey. Very sour. The only problem is I never really loved the BFM funk! Light bodied with low carbonation.

Bottle - pours hazy gold with bone white head - nose and taste of wine, oak, funk, lemon and soured guava - medium body

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy burnt orange color with white head. Vinous and brett aromas with some fruit. Wine, brett, and oak flavors with some fruit. Medium body with lively carbonation.
