500 ml bottle purchased at the source shortly after the release. Poured into a snifter showing bright yellow color with fast dying fizzy head. The nose shows a mild bretty funk, subtle horseblanket, and lemons.
Flavors of juicy apricot with brett with a light acidic hints and just the right amount of tartness. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Gosh damn, this is refreshing. Nice!

Bottle from the Brewery Shared with the Tasters Choice crew. Slightly hazy light yellows color with a spirited bubbly white head. Lemony tart earthy funk with bits of citrus and grape on the nose. More earthy and funk than tart in the flavor. Moderate citrus flavor with a light higher alcohol note. Pretty tasty brew.
