Bottle at the Deanso’s monthly RB tasting, July 2013. Poured a cloudy dark amber with a round white head. The aroma is zesty and a little woody. Quite weak really. Te flavour is medium sour, acidic, rather smooth, a little watery but doesn’t really have much character.

On tap. Pours with a clear copper-orange hued body with an off-white ring. Aromas are of honey, biscuity, floral, coriander, yogurt with some briney qualities. Feels salty on the tongue, floral flavors of coriander, lactic acid and a huge biscuity malt profile. Lively bubbles, dry and tart with a medium-low body.

Bottle at Ungstrup’s. Pours hazy amver with stable off-white head. Intense aroma of a dusty cellar with subtle notes of hops. Earthy onset, giving way to vinous, fruity and slightly perfumed flavour that lingers on. Rough finish. My first Gose. A nice one.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of salt, wood, caramel, spices, and straw, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks Theis for sharing.
