At Dai Due: pours haxy with a small head. Aroma is funky kettle sour malt. Hints of fruitiness. Taste is fairly sour. Some fruitiness but the sour is at the forefront. Good but does not go much past the sourness.

Bottle share. Milky orange pour, big aromas of apricots and peaches. Taste adds some gentle sourness, more pure fruit essence. Smooth.

Snifter draft pour at LUCK - Local Urban Craft Kitchen in Dallas, Texas. The pour is a slight haze golden yellow with a small white head. The aroma is sour lemon along with a bit of vinegar and tartness in the back. The taste is soft tart lemon with gentle grass and wheat grain in the finish. Very much a small sour, well executed. The palate is light bodied with soft to low carbonation and a pleasant tart finish. Nice.
