500 ml bottle from the source in Portland for more than 14,00 $. Expected gushing and could manage it. Murky pale brown in the glass, big head. Sourness and brett on the nose. Taste has more alcoholic notes and bitterness. Some fruits in the background. Not easy to get into it.

500 ml bottle purchased at Spruce Creek Provisions, Kittery, ME. Bottle was WAY over carbonated. Color shows a slightly hazy Amber after I lost 3 ounces in the sink.

The aroma and taste has mild bourbon throughout with a decent amount of Brett funk. The texture gives more crispness to the taste than tartness. The alcohol warmth is in the finish but not in the flavor. A really interesting beer and quite good. However, at $13.99 for a 500 ml, I will not buy again.
