Bottle at Guest Izakaya. Hazy pale yellow with brief, white head. Tart citrus and stonefruit, borderline white wine vinegary note. Light body, highly refreshing but still some wet oaky and muskey. Notes. Excellent low abv cleanser.

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from the blendery. Pours mostly clear pale yellow with a frothy white head that dissipates quickly. Quick nose, oak, lemon. Lightly sweet with sturdy acidity, mild funky pale wood, lemon rind, grassy bitterness, citric bite. Light bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Quenching finish, quite dry, with good lemony acidity, drying oak, background bitter grass, soft funk. Great stuff overall.

Pours hazy light gold into a tulip. White head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Earthy funk aromas. Crisp with sourdough, citrus, pit fruit and a high lactic tartness upfront turning to mild marshmallow in the medium length finish.

Bottle at the December Ratebeer DC Tasting. Poured a very light hazy straw color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was light funky tartness. A little lemon, funky grain, some acidity. Lots of funky yeast character.
