Bottle at Guest Izakaya. Hazy pale yellow with brief, white head. Tart citrus and stonefruit, borderline white wine vinegary note. Light body, highly refreshing but still some wet oaky and muskey. Notes. Excellent low abv cleanser.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head. The aroma is funk, citrus, oak. Thin body, lemon, grape, funk, light oak, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

Palate cleanser. Very white wine esq. Grapes, and has that earthly funk. Chicken and biscuits egg Benedict. Really fantastic.

Bottle at the December Ratebeer DC Tasting. Poured a very light hazy straw color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was light funky tartness. A little lemon, funky grain, some acidity. Lots of funky yeast character.

750ml bottle pours a clear yellow with a little creamy, white head. Big nose, stinky, oniony, band aid too, lemon and funk. Quite stinky. Flavor has band aid, lemon, onions, grass, a little BO. Finishes spritzy but crisp. Very nicely made.

Bottle pour at the blendery during the 3rd anniversary celebration. I believe this was the very first bottling. Pours clear yellow with a tight, creamy white head. Absolutely gorgeous. Delicate. Soft funk, lemon, cleansing acidity. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Hit all the right notes. Concise, clean, beautiful.

Really interesting think going on here. Pours golden clear with good head and lacing. Lots of grapefruit. Bretta. Tangy finish. Bottle at tasting.
