Pale blond, the fine and regular sparkling ensures a fine and stable head.
Scent Slightly malty, a nice touch of alcohol, spicy. Feels like the sound shot of alcohol is igniting the mouth. In reality the tongue and palate are warmed. The taste is characterized by its roundness. The aftertaste is strong, long-lasting and dry bitter.

750 mL bottle. 09/06/2020 dated bottle. Bottle split with my brothwr, back from Europe. Can't believe I never rated this, but grateful that I get the chance to enjoy a bottle with my brother, with a bottle purchased on base in Germany. Glad to finally have you home! Cheers to your next journey! These are some of the most beautiful bottles out there. A golden pour, slight haze, ton of foaming head. Fragrant aroma. Cream body. A ton of Belgian yeast character. A mellow strong ale for sure. Quite an easy drink. A recognizable, one of a kind beer too. A memorable beer experience. Enjoy this one.

Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy copper pour, two finger frothy off-white head. Good retention. Rich and malty nose, notes of coriander and belgian yeast. Nicely floral. Some bubblegum notes. Medium body, medium carbonation. Light texture and mouthfeel. Pretty high drinkability for the ABV. Balanced bittersweet taste with warming alcohol presence. Aroma is usual for the style yet perfectly executed. Rich and balanced, layers of good stuff. Belgian yeast, caramel. Slight brown sugar. Strong herbal character, good coriander presence. Bubblegum. Wheat, somewhat fruity. Hop bitterness towards the finish. Slightly dry mouthfeel, subtle alcohol burn on the tongue. Overall, very tasty brew. Rich and well executed, a fine example of the style.

Gran cerveza!
