Pale blond, the fine and regular sparkling ensures a fine and stable head.
Scent Slightly malty, a nice touch of alcohol, spicy. Feels like the sound shot of alcohol is igniting the mouth. In reality the tongue and palate are warmed. The taste is characterized by its roundness. The aftertaste is strong, long-lasting and dry bitter.

Fles geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een frisse citrusachtige smaak.

Clear golden with little white head. Aroma is coconut water vanilla coriander wet yeast unripe banana pudding physalis. Much plant juice. Taste is pretty sour yeasty grains with sweet pudding foundation. However quite some amount of spices and alcohol that make it hard to drink. Not full bodied. Complex but has the problem of bright strong beers.

Bottle from bierland, Belgium. The smell.is grown up with hints of wine/ some unidenitifale fortified wine. I find the finish a little difficult however, like a bock, this sense of uncessary alcohol. Had good memories of nocturum however. Re-rated, Eastbourne Beer Festival. A classic Belgian ale. Nothing remarkable. (7/10/17) Re-rated on keg at Bishops Arms Östersund. Flat but mature and a nice drinker. No rough edges. 3.2 to 3.4

Golden beer, sweet and bready in taste and aroma. Floral hit to it and while it’s sweet it’s not sickly. Quite simple, but clean, crisp and very tasty.
