Pale blond, the fine and regular sparkling ensures a fine and stable head.
Scent Slightly malty, a nice touch of alcohol, spicy. Feels like the sound shot of alcohol is igniting the mouth. In reality the tongue and palate are warmed. The taste is characterized by its roundness. The aftertaste is strong, long-lasting and dry bitter.

Bottle from bierland, Belgium. The smell.is grown up with hints of wine/ some unidenitifale fortified wine. I find the finish a little difficult however, like a bock, this sense of uncessary alcohol. Had good memories of nocturum however. Re-rated, Eastbourne Beer Festival. A classic Belgian ale. Nothing remarkable. (7/10/17) Re-rated on keg at Bishops Arms Γ–stersund. Flat but mature and a nice drinker. No rough edges. 3.2 to 3.4

Golden beer, sweet and bready in taste and aroma. Floral hit to it and while it’s sweet it’s not sickly. Quite simple, but clean, crisp and very tasty.

Bottle. Golden colour, hazy, rocky head that does not stay long. Aroma is malt, a bit of peach, quite much alcohol. Lively carbonation. Too boozy.

Pours unclear golden/yellow and fizzing with a minimal, frothy, white head. The aroma contains hops, yeast, malt, citrus, apple, orange and some sugar and wheat. It tastes medium fruity sweet and light spicy, hoppy bitter with a hint of wheat. Oily texture, medium body, light fizzy carbonation. Sweet, but not cloying; alcoholic, but not exaggerated. Quite good, popular and a classic.

2016 catch up - Bottle at home - Two words: "yeast" and "carbonation" and this was not a match made in heaven. Both completely overpowered the beer and this is not one that I want to ever drink again. I poured most of it away!

From old tasting notes. Hazy Amber orange color. Huge rocky white head. Interesting yeasty citrus malt nose. Delicate citrus malt flavor with a subtle complexity. Tantalizing spicy hops balance this complex ale create a dryish dried fruit finish. Very good.

Bottle at home a while back. Pale, clear golden pour. Fruity aroma and taste with banana, citrus, some yeast, spices, hay and honey. Nice balance. Great beer.
