Tap @ La Binouze, Paris. Pours slightly unclear yellow, thin bubbles atop. Aroma of prominent peppers. Nettley, peppery character overall with a sharp sour edge, prickly at times with some mild heat. Not the most likeable wild character, tastes like it's made with bees.

Tap at the BeerTemple, Amsterdam, 2nd November 22. Pours a milky yellow. Aroma is vegetal and chilli pepper. Taste is tart, vegetal and chilli heat and peeper. Love it, and a bit tart kick to close

Draught at source: pepper beers are problematic. They rarely are correctly proportioned. This one is. It is lightly tart, the pepper is evident, but it is subdued and pleasant. Nice.

Cloudy pale blond colour. Funky sour aroma. Sour lemony begin. Growing chilli. Finish is chilli pickle juice. Interesting.

[ As Plan Bee Pepper ].
ABV: 5.0%. Hazy light yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is saison yeast, floral, peppery. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, pepperty, hot peppery, floral, celery, sour. No really me kind of beer. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200208]

On tap at the brewery. Pours pale gold. Pepper, funk, lemon, capsicum, little spice. Medium body. Great pepper flavour with very well balanced heat. An excellent example of a pepper beer.

Bottle from the brewery, 8/20/17. Pepper, oak, and some sourness. Fairly strong spiciness to the flavor. Liked having this once, but not something I'd want to drink on the regular.
