Bottle at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is intense ginger, floral, spice. Thin body, ginger, spice, boozy, very nice.

Sampler/flight pour at Blue Bee. Cloudy orange. Aromas of big ginger, apples, light spice. Tastes of big ginger, spices, apples, light tartness. Light body with a dry finish. Nice job on the ginger.
