Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: orange to copper color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: passion fruit tones, lemon zest and sweet freshly cut grass mix with some vanilla to milk sugar character
Flavor: blends the tart to the sweet of the prior noted aromas then a light zesty citrusy aspect, finishes with the passion fruit and vanilla/milk sugar character
Texture: medium bodied, between being a sipper and being sessionable, pretty smooth and creamy by pummeling any tart harshness on the tongue
Overall: good pastry sour ale but the funny thing is there's not exactly any true "sour" component to this beer, at least for me. Maybe some day we're gonna start calling these beers "pastry tart ales," or something like that.

Tap at 100piv. Misty golden body, off-white head. Elderflower, vanilla and passionfruit in the sweet aroma. Sourish taste, elderflower again over heaps of vanilla and tartness, vague phenolic touches by the finish. The tartness is well restrained, but this doesn't really feel like an IPA of any kind and it's a bit too sweet for my tastes, and I had one very sweet beer before this...

Tap at 100 piv. Med-fill body, medium carbo. High sourness, lots of passionfruit. Med-light vanilla, dank, exotic fruity hoppiness. Aggressive, over the top, not very beery. But somehow works. Good.

Some of these HV's have been a touch to medicinal of late, and so is this. Not sure if I saved this for too long, or if they're off form. Thanks Ry!
