In a perfect world each town would have access to a fresh, straightforward lager beer. For our neighbors we built around a typically bready helles malt bill fermented with classic yeasts. Made unique by focusing on the defining bitterness and pleasant citric spice of Opal hops. Drink This Town because you’re almost home and deserve a beer from here.

Pint at the roost pours a clear gold with some creamy white head. Nose has grist, dough, honey, flowers. Super soft in the mouth, doughy, floral. Just off dry.

12 oz can from Carton, 9/3/20. Clear gold, nice thicker white head, moderate lace. Grainy, spice, and some sweet corn-like flavors. Grass and a little lemon. Easy drinking. Tingly. Year round crusher. Good stuff.

On tap at Blend Bar and Bistro I Hamilton, NJ. Certainly the most mainstream beer I have had from Carton. Bright pale gold color. Small creamy whitish head. Subtle grainy malt nose. Crisp, sweet malt flavor upfront. Light citrus notes in middle. Though not your typical Carton brew, this is quite tasty and imminently drinkable. Dry lemony notes in finish.
