750 mL bottle thanks to nuplastikk! Hazy amber, thin head, poor retention. Aroma of plum, date, mustard. caramel malt. Taste is toffee, plum, cherry, date. Medium bodied, juicy.

Bottle shared by Bob at a tasting. Copper color. Both dry yeast, brett I believe, and sour yeast as well. It is a little sweet with the tartness, and I am surprised to see the abv is so high.

Bottle, thanks for sharing! Pours a near clear peach with a gray head that dissipates immediately and completely. Roma is full of chese and leaves with a tart fruit backing. Flavor combines cheese and earthy tart fruits that round in to a dry finish.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy brown with a beige head. The aroma is roast, dark chocolate and dark fruit. Medium mouthfeel with roasted malt and rich chocolate with toffee. Good.
