Bottle from the Hill. Pours clear golden with a small fizzy off white head that dissipates quickly leaving some residual. Aroma is oak and lemon, pine needles, juniper berries. Flavor is light tart, light funk, herbal, evergreen, oak. Light body, spritzy carbonation. Tasty.

From my brother: pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is funky yeast, light fruitiness, bread. Taste is lightly sour, but very wild and funky. Lightly sour, slightly acidic. Noce woody notes. Quite good.
