Reviewed from notes.
Can to snifter.
Appearance: dark amber to maroon color with a two finger white foamy head which took it's time to dissipate then once it did subtle sliding lace appeared
Aroma: blueberry tart and sweet character, lemon sweet and tart character; some citrusy hops and some lactose
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine tart to sweet to creamy sweet and colorful hoppy quality; finishes blueberry, lemony and creamy
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable; good level of smoothness with the lactose smoothing out any excessive tart or sour tones trying to be semi-assertive
Overall: leave it to Hudson Valley to do this one very nicely without the cream/lactose note to be invasive.

0.473l can from Beer Republic. Aroma of blueberry, citrus and resin. Pours hazy amber orange color with large creamy off-white head with faint pinky shade and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with tart lemon and blueberries, following is yoghurty, tannic and yeasty,
mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is even more tart. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Tart blueberry fart….

Könnte auch ein Pastry Sour sein, nicht pulpy, aber sehr fruchtig, beerig, sauer. Grosse Klasse.

Medium body, not pulpy. Tart, sweet, fruity. Lemony zesty citrus, candy strawberry, blueberry. I dunno, I wanna like it but I don't really. Not bad though.

Pours murky magenta into a shaker. Pink head with little retention recedes to skim surface. Blueberry and lemon aromas. Sharp with sweet blueberry and tart berries and lemon curd upfront turning to pie crust in the dry, medium length finish. Not much IPA in there...

Undated can drunk 8/26/22. Lightly hazy, muted cranberry-peach. Off-white head shows low-to-moderate retention. Welp, more lactose again. Wtf. Imagine this brewery without lactose. They'd be like top 10 in the world. Cranberry, raspberry juiciness with lactic notes and light lemon. Lactose weighing heavily on things. Soft and juicy in the mouth with blueberry juice nicely authentic. Lemon isn't too acidic, with a soft, somewhat slick, lactose-influenced texture. Milky again, giving milky blueberry. Damn you, lactose.

Hudson gonna Hudson. Not sure how this is still IPA, but it is bloody delicious. Light, sweet, some nice tartness to keep it max refreshing. Lots of blueberry, some lemony citrus keeps it bright, hops add more fruityness. Tricky fruit done well.
