Bottle - pours orange brown with white head - nose and taste of smoked meat, cherry, saison yeast - medium body

Really foamed up on opening. Cloudy, light tan, thin head. Cheese and smoke on the nose, very fizzy, smokey, definitely over carbonated and that restricts the evolution of the other notes.
