Belgian ale with cherry and elderberry.
Deep dark red colour (EBC 40), with a light pink, compact and lacing head.
Soft fruity aroma, with hints of almond and mildly sour cherries. Sweet and fruity, with a nice balance between sweet and sour. An excellent dessert beer.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

En tulipa, color granate oscuro, espuma rosácea cremosa de buena retención. En nariz se siente aroma a frutos del bosque y frutos rojos, sirope, levadura belga. En boca tiene algo que me gusta mucho y que no sucede con todas las cervezas saborizadas con fruta, y es que en ningún momento he dejado de sentir que estoy bebiendo una ale belga, las notas de cereza no se sienten artificiales como en otras cervezas del estilo, el sabor a chuchería no esta tan presente, más bien dominan las notas de frutas del bosque en general y de cerezas frescas, con un fondo de belgian strong que soporta y da base a esta armonía. Bottle shared with Terje at De Strohoed in Leeuwqrden while sailing through Staande Mastroute, Netherlands, with Baluba 07.07.23. Deep red. Pink head. Fine aroma and taste of cherry jam and bitter cherry pits. Very sweet, but still well-balanced.

Deep dark red with extra fruity red colour. Pink head too. 3cm persistent head, stable pour. Strong hit of cherries on the nose, but also some maltiness, floral tones, coriander herbiness and vague hoppiness. Good hit of cherry and raspberry in the mouth up front, flowing towards sweetness and then sourness in the midrange. Sour and cherry fruity finish. Good, well rounded kriek.
