Poured from 750mL bottle (cellared since at least 2019; bottle says 6.2% abv). Active slow foam oozing upon opening. Hazed bright yellow gold with big white head. Funky brett nose, dry peppery saison yeast. Quite nice. Probably benefited from the cellaring. Enjoyable, solid beer.

500ml at Matt's. Pours an opaque dirty blonde with a white head. Aroma is bretts and fruity. Taate is similar. Quite nice.

Hazy, has a tan colour. Thin head. Quite fruity, has a spicy hop note as well. There is a bit of tartness, maybe a shade of brett. The hops are spicy again, with a light yeasty note. Nice.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with rustic saison yeast and dry biscuity malt all the same. Wonderful saison yeast character. Excellent.

Draft - Perfumy Belgian yeast, citrus and some grass. Clear pale gold with a small white head. Nice citrus, Belgian yeasty notes and perfumy fruit. Nice.

Draft pour at Beer Junction. A slight haze, golden pour. Wonderful funky, brett like aroma. Soft dry throughout, grains, funk, brett. Cool finish. Very pleasant saison. Love to run into this one again.
