Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Tap. Pours hazy golden, medium white head, good lacing. Aroma is oaky, Brett, stone fruit, lemon. Flavor is medium tart, very light funk, fruity, stone fruit, but not identifiable as plums. Medium body, lingering tartness and a hint of earthy funk.
