Barrels 1 & 7 is a straight up blend of one of two Cab Franc barrels which produce Parageusia (Barrel 1, aged roughly nine months at the time of blending) and our best HandFarm barrel (Barrel 7, aged roughly six months at the time of blending). Barrels 1 & 7 has been conditioning in the bottle for almost one year and has reached a point of nuanced singularity that can only be achieved by blending two of our most tried and true fully initiated barrels from our precious BrewCafé. This blend will peel back layers of perception.

Magnum thanks to Jean. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong grape skin, brett, oak, lemon zest. Slick body, strong brett, grape, ligt funk, nice tartness, really enjoyed this.
