The Lupulus Hibernatus is a dark strong beer. At the end of the boiling, the brewers add a pinch of cinnamon. The mix with torrefied barley brings this beer a powerful character. The After-taste is at the same time bitter-sweet, and finish on coffee aromas.

Pours a dark brown color, topped with a big tan head. Nutty and malty aroma, biscuity with some yeasty presence. Sweet, malty with noticeable alcohol presence. A bit woody feel as well. Creamy texture, but in general not that nice.

Bottle at Magic Beer Room, shared with... well... several people. The wolf on the label is just s damn cute - it has to be said! :D Anyway, clear red-amber body. Dried cherries with sweet maltiness in the aroma .Tasty beer... dried fruit, cherries, solid carbonation, very, very mild tartness, dried figs. Just tasty and drinkable. That’s it. Won’ kill you with complexity perhaps, but it’s a damn fine beer.
