75cl bottle (bottled 31/05/2016, 5,5%) from the brewery.
F: medium, white, almost good retention.
C: deep gold, light hazy.
A: funky, bit fresh gooseberries, woody, citrus, bit lemon water.
T: medium malty base, woody, funky, bit gooseberries, bit lemon, basement, bit puckering, dry on the palate, not so acid so very nice, fully enjoyed.
F: medium, white, almost good retention.
C: deep gold, light hazy.
A: funky, bit fresh gooseberries, woody, citrus, bit lemon water.
T: medium malty base, woody, funky, bit gooseberries, bit lemon, basement, bit puckering, dry on the palate, not so acid so very nice, fully enjoyed.
