Bottle from 8 Degrees Plato. Pours an unclear gold with a quickly dissipating finger of soapy white foam. Loads of fresh apricot on the nose with some light wood and dried topical fruit aromas. Smooth on the palate, not overly acidic or vinegar-y. Good tart fruit with light lemon and apricot stone bitterness to balance out the apricot. A touch sweet, with a mostly dry finish. Enjoyable.
