On tap at Kaapse Brouwers, Rotterdam, Holland. A dark ruby/black coloured pour with a healthy beige head on top. Malty, dark fruit, cinammon, caramel aroma and taste. Decent enough.

Sampled at Poesiat & Kater's 2019 Stout Fest. Black colour, small beige head. Aroma's: sweetish, drop/licorice, umami, a bit red fruit. Retronasal it's fruity, roasted, drop. Flavour is moderate sweet, sweet drop. Medium bodied. Finishes with roast and zwartwit.

Keg at the brewery Rotterdam. A clear dark reddy brown coloured pour with a halo of beige head. Aroma is woody ginger, cinnamon, brown sugars. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody notes, bark, woody, pine, waffel and syrup,. Palate is semi sweet frorhy airy carbonation, light tang.

Draught @ the brewpub Aroma is nice with coffee and licorice. Flavour has licorice, some fruitiness and mild coffee vibes. Not bad but I like my stouts less tropical.
