75cl bottle from a French stall at Shrewsbury Food Festival June 2016. Pours hazy gold with lively, slowly diminishing white bubbles. Aroma is breezy sweet cider apple. Taste is much of the same, highly spritzy, with a typically light Normandy cidre character with no real edge or tannins. Table cidre I guess.
