Hazy pale golden with no head. Sour grains and corn, weird spice mix. Moderate sweet and quite sour. Not again.

Sampled at Wild Festival Groningen. Bit hazy golden with small white head. Cinnamon, sour grains, marzipan, pepernoten, dry malts, orange, soft lemon. Over medium sour, very light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Very, very solid for a ‘homebrew’.

Weer zo’n bak aan kruiden, grassig maar vooral het idee van een kruidenbuiltje.

The notorious yarrow beer! Pretty good stuff, very herbal (of course). Some nice bitterness, lots of flavours going on, little bit of sweetness and some acidity. Excellent balance between all the complexity. Well done!
