Bottle 37.5 corked and caged (2014) lot H, bought 12/2015 bbd 08/34 @ home poured into a teku glass. Sour nose. Clear pale to medium amber colour, good frothy white head, slowly diminishing, leaving some yeast circles, light lacing. Aroma sour, fruity, green apples, vinegar, horse blanket, brett, woody notes. Mouth filling sweet and sour taste, brett, unripe prunes, lemon zest, green apples, vinegar notes, some yoghurt, some wood. hazy golden to orange colour, moderate sized off-white head, which disappears quite quickly leaving back an ivory layer; aroma of lemon juice, acetic acidy, acetone and some earthy notes; taste is the same with some salty notes; great gueuze!
