Dit geeft het bier een tropische fruit smaak die we extra benadrukken met een flinke dryhop van Hallertauer Blanc, Wakatu, Citra en Mosaic.

Na een tijdje neemt de hop smaak en geur af en neemt de Brettanomyces het over.

On tap at oersoep, aroma is brett, citrus, hops, herbal. From tap at Proeflokaal Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 01.01.20. Translucent pale golden. Diminishing white head. Aroma of American hops, lemon, lime, sorrel, pineapple and a hint of pure brett. Similar taste. Medium bitternes. Quite dry.

Wild festival. Hazy pale golden with no head. Sweet malts, hops! Brett. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Sampled at Wild Festival Groningen. Hazy golden with small white head. Dank weedy hops, apricot, a touch of funk, dry malts, light weeds, pineapple. Under medium sweet and almost medium bitter. Medium bodied.

Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus and tropical fruits. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
