Unique beer where our best vintner’s knowledge meet our best techniques from the beer world. Spontaneous fermentation and straw grapes. Grapes were manually hanged for 4 months right after the wine harvest. And than add into well aged spontaneously fermented beer.

Beer is neither pasteurized nor filtered and still keeps high residual sugars. That was the target. Inspiration came from Tokaji wine – oxidative notes, robust, rich in flavours with almost brandy like feeling.

Bottle from BaseCamp. Shared with Hrabren and Ogivlado. Cola brown body, Pelinkovac-like. Huge, atypical, sweet plum jam, grape jam, creamy, oxidation, hmmm... The taste, however, remains surprisingly similar, big plum/grape jam, solid tart finish, very much balanced, some barrel, cork pushes through but stays well integrated. This is some serious, excellent stuff. Pretty much a top class dessert beer, even though the aroma lets it down.

Bottle shared with OGJ at Lya Beer Café, Prague, 06.01.20. Clear copper. Almost no head. Superb aroma and tast of white Port, sherry, corints, prunes and dates. It is well balanced with lambic sourness, sp it is not too sweet. Very good!
