From bottle at Wild Festival Groningen 2019. Puckering sour with loads of tart peach and apricot in the aroma. Very fruity with a dry finish. Also picking up citrus, notes of lemon. The Bordeaux barrel doesn't really show. A bit acidic, nicely sour. Great.

Tastes lactic, apricots, wood, grassy. Finishes rather dry and rather sour with notes of apricots, lactic and nail polish remover. Rather nice one, loved the apricot notes, but super sour 7,4,7,3,15

Flaska från Muted Horn, Berlin. Batch 2, 2019. Disig gulorange utan krona. Låg kolsyra. Djup syra med rejäla mängder aprikoskärnor. Drar ordentligt i kinderna. Mogen smak med mjuk och väl integrerad fatprofil. Något skarp men också väldigt fina och mogna toner från aprikosen och persikorna. Mycket gott!

Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate acidic with a average to long duration, sour, fruity, sour fruit, tart, stone fruit, apricot - peach, wine - wine barrel, dry, some yeasty funk.
