Sampled at Wild Festival Groningen. A bit hazy orange-pink with dull pink head. Nice funk, soft jammy berries, light herbs, a bit of red wine, minerals, dry berry skins. Solid medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Tasty!

Sloes are added to the base for this version, which makes it a whole new beer. Seems slightly more sour, not just lactic acid but fruity tartness as well. The sloes make it a bit more juicy, but remove some complexity. Fresh.
