Improv - Double IPA - 8.0% ABV - When the grain delivery gets delayed in a snow storm, and you want to brew a DIPA anyway, you could end up with a fantastic improvisation of artistry and science. It’s all in the notes you don’t hear

16 oz can from Joe Canal's. Hazy bright orange color, white head, nice lacing. Fruit forward, with peach, apricot, papaya. Leans sweet, mild bitterness. Flavorful stuff, but not a ton of depth beyond the fruit.

16 ounce can. Mustard gold pour. Small frothy beige head. Clinging lace. Earthy, bready malt aroma. Notes of bitter citrus and pears. Flavor has more bitter citrus. Unripe pineapple, lime, kiwi fruit and preserved lemon. Finishes with dryish, bitter notes of peppercorns and dandelion greens.
