Bottle from Cotteridge Wines and shared with Kermis on the NS HiSpeed tasting to Antwerp. Poured a hazy light amber with a round white head. The aroma is rather complex with lots of malt, dough and orange peel citrus. The flavour is medium acidic with a zesty orange, slightly medicinal floral hop palate. Somewhat refreshing but it won’t be everyone’s thing.

Bottle shared thanks to Jmgreenuk on an NS Hispeed tasting. Hazy golden pour with a white head. Aroma is floral, yeast, dough. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Citrus/orange peel coming out in the palate with grassy notes. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Cask at The Cock Tavern in Hackney, London on 13 July 2013. Poured a hazy orange colour with a little white head. Strong aroma of seville orange peal, very bitter. Flavour has a little of the expected clove spice for a witbier, but the mouth feel is a little watery. Bitter orange is strong and lingers with some biscuit malt sweetness. A bit warm, due to the weather.
