Bottle shared. Pours clear amber brown with a small tan head. Aroma of cinnamon, spice, caramel, malt and banana. Flavour is over moderate sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

75 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden orange to amber with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty, spiced and caramelish. Sweet, toasted and caramelish. Mild bitter and slight toasted malty into the finish.

Pours deep ruby tinged mahogany into a tulip. Tan head recedes leaving spot lacing. Ginger and pit fruit aromas. Thin with ginger and spruce upfront turning to dark pit fruit in the lasting finish.

750 c&c from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours darkly ruddy with a transient beige head. Aroma is roasty malt with some Xmas aspects. Med + body. Flavor is like spice/cinnamon with roasty malt. Not overly spicy, but sturdily so. Nice and tasty ale.

Bottle @ Home. Pours dark amber with a fading light brown head. Aroma of malt, caramel, spice, redberries,, little yeast. Flavor is sweet with malts, yeast, caramel, berries, brown sugar, spice, little booze. Medium body, lively carbonation, sweet finish with some warming alcohol. 051213
