Andrew from Dancing Gnome came to visit and we BGE’d a base of oats and white wheat with a giant dose of citra in the whirlpool. We then dry hopped it with citra, enigma, and strata (our first hop from our 2019 crop). This years strata is dank! Big Gnome Energy pours a vibrant hazy yellow and is dank, juicy, and soft with notes of gooseberry, tropical fruits and cannabis. It finishes with a welcomed bitterness for balance and luscious EQ juice finish.
