Kveik Farmhouse IPA. Lemon, Funk, Dry. This farmhouse IPA begins with a burst of lemon and lime freshness, followed by bold farmhouse funk, brought forth by the Opshaug Kveik yeast strain from Stranda, Norway. The malt bill, featuring pilsner, wheat and rustic oats, were sourced exclusively from Viking Malt in Northern Europe. We aggressively hopped this IPA with Ekuanot & Palisade giving it a lingering bitter, herbaceous, dry finish.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Murky, milky, pale yellow colour (-), with compact head (+). The hops are quite good, as often is with ABC, there is some pine, some stone fruit, some tropical fruit, very light dank touch; the mouthfeel is dry, and the chalkiness typical of Hazies is too evident, leading to some pithy bitterness.
Drinkable, but rough.

On tap at Another Beer Co, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral hops, some farmhouse yeast and citrus hops. Flavour is bitter, with floral hops, lots of bitterness, some tartness, and farmhouse notes. Very bitter, somewhat tart. It's alright.

Can. Slightly hazy, fairly pale. No head. Slightly estery, touch of brett. Bit of pedio. Moderate bitterness. A bit on the husky side, fairly estery but the fun stuff isn’t really there on the palate.

Stinky feet and lemon peel. Cloudy yellow with a decent white head. Bitter and earthy with a long finish.

Smells of soft sharp sasionny grains, citrus, vague pine. Has great foam on the pour and a cloudy yellow body. Flavour is unique citrus and soft grain, good balance, the alcohol is invisible. Mouthfeel is full and crisp. Nicely done, refreshing and balanced.
