A TRIBUTE TO THE TRADITIONAL DRY CIDERS OF OUR FOREFATHERS
A dry cider with faint notes of toffee, wintergreen and sassafras. It has a light body with easy tannins, a nuance of cinnamon with moderate acidity. Inspired by the British styles and accented with our own imagination. What’s old is new again.

Poured from the tap. Clear gold with small white head. Apple juice with very feint spice. Meh.

Smells like apple juice with a just a touch of funk. Clear gold. Glue and hard candy with some light apple notes.

On tap at Geo, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with cinnamon and sweet apple juice - wtf? Flavour is along the same lines - tasting like sweet, cinnamon-like soda. How is this a dry cider? Poor, commercialized crap.

Can @ Helijet. The aroma is good perfumy notes, vague champagne hints. Has a nice white head on a yellow body. Flavour is soft sweet apples, simple. Mouthfeel is full enough with some crispness. This is a decent cider, unintrusive, slightly sophisticated.

Greenish-gold. Sweetish. Lightly spicy and toffeeish, seems like artificial flavours of some sort in there.
