On tap at Ridgewood, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of doughy malts, pine, and light herbaceous hops. Flavour is super fresh, with tons of doughy malts, soft piney hops, and light herbaceous. Ridiculously fresh and drinkable. Really nice.

On tap at Ridgewood. Pours clear gold with a white head. Tons of fresh, resinous pine on the nose. Flavour has a great, piney fresh hop character. That is a fantastic hop expression.

473ml can. Smooth, grassy hoppy and floral with some herbal notes, grapefruit, dry bitterness and crispy maltiness. Pretty quaffable.

Can. Opaque, thick head. Leafy, lemon hop notes, moderate bitterness. There's a lot of hops in here. Sturdy pale malt base,

16 oz can from Tavour, 10/11/21. 2021 Version (Fresh Centennial and Simcoe hops). Canned 9/15/21. Hazed darker yellowish color with a white head and moderate lace. Pine, lemon, grapefruit, and grass over a nice bready malt backbone. Tingly dryness to the finish. Great balance, great mouthfeel. This is really nice less than a month old out of a can, but I can't help but wonder just how delicious it would be even fresher on draft. This is the kind of beer you could drink 5 pints of without even realizing you got a second. So very drinkable. Really like this one. 8/4/8/5/17
