Tasting at Oakes' Manor, bottle
Cloudy blond colour. Sulfuric, farty, a bit salty, some funk, and then some lemon peel; it's a bit dirty, but good overall.

500ml at Josh's roof. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: peppery, dry, Belgian saison smell. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: ok.

Hazy and blonde. Not much head. It's pretty yeasty, has a nice bit of brett to it. It's dry, yeasty, and then the brett cuts it.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals lots of brett funk and rustic saison yeast. Flavour follows through, with lots of brett funk, lovely rustic saison yeast, and a touch of champagne-like effervescence. Rustic mouthfeel, with above average carbonation. Excellent.

Hmm I seemed to like this more than other. No head. Peppercorn, red wine, oak, funky yeastiness and citrus character. Nice nose and fairly complex. Low carbonation. Medium bitterness. The nose continues through the palate. Super drinkable. Nicely balanced. Not too dry

500ml bottle. Pours a hazy gold-yellow with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces. Aroma of bready wheat malt, horse blanket, apricot, lemon, floral and spice. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, pineapple, peach, apricot, Brett, lemon and floral in a dry, light spicy, black pepper finish. Light to medium body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Clean, easy to drink. Pretty solid.

Funk and light stone fruit with a touch of lemon. Clearish golden yellow with a decent white head. Funky and sweaty with a touch of sweetness. Clean finish. Not bad.
