This is an awesome collaboration with Mikkeller and Hill Farmstead. It will mess with your mind as an IPA designed to mimic Limoncello. A slightly sour mash, combined with Lactose for sweetness, tonnes of lemon Zest and hopped to death with Sorachi Ace and Citra. Bottle, cask and keg. [Labeled as "Lemon Cello IPA" in the US Market.]

Bottle thanks to Will. Pours a clear copper orange with small off white head. The aroma is strong lemon zest, lacto, oak. Medium mouthfeel with nice tart lemon, light hop, and tart finish. Good.

Shared by suurjuust, thanks! Pours dark golden-amber with off-white head. The head doesn’t stay. Aroma is citrus, lemon, honey, tropical fruits. Flavor is sour, lemon with hint of grapefruit. Finish is tart lemon. Alcohol is well covered. Overall: tastes reminds lemon juice. Not really complex or exciting, but drinkable.

Bottle. Pours light amber, a bit cloudy, a small white bubbly head which slowly goes. Mostly lemon meringue in the aroma, also hoppy and fruity. Taste is juicy lemon, candied fruit, sugary, slightly sour, almost hinting at a gueuze. Medium to full in the mouth, hop resins and lemon juice in the finish. Nice, and interesting.

33cl bottle from Systembolaget, Sundsvall. BBE 15 April 2015. Amber color, thin white head. Wow, very strong lemon at first, some biscuity notes, citrus hops in aroma. Flavor is tart with lemon juice, hops, cloudberries and pine notes. Mouthdrying, tart finish. Extreme, but refreshing. Haven’t had Limoncello, but this is a little like drinking some lemon mix you pour in drinks, only hoppier.

Pale, hazy orange with low head. Sweet, grassy aroma. Citrus dominates the taste. More lemonade than beer.

Flaska från SB. Bärnstensfärgad, medelhögt skum. Stor fin citrusdoft.
